Luke 24:1-6…..They
bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “why do you seek the living
among the dead? He is not here, but is risen…….”

Luke 24:1-6; After Jesus was crucified, the disciples go
to the tomb every day with spices to perfume His body; but when they got there
the third day, they did not find Jesus Christ because Christ is risen! God
finished His work on the 6th day, and on the 7th day He
rested; that 7th day was Saturday; we rest on Sunday because that is
the day the Lord had risen. The day of resurrection is greater than any other
day; Jesus said “the son of man is the Lord of the Sabbath“; so the day of resurrection is the day we are
celebrating and that is the first day of the week; today was the day the Lord
made the first work, that is called light. When God said “Let there be light”
Genesis 1:3-4….Let there be light and there was light. And God saw the light,
that it was good…. That was the first work and on the first day of the week, the
light of the world, Jesus Christ said in John 9:5……As long as I am in the
world, I am the light of the world. So Jesus the light of the world was risen.
As they were looking for Him, two angels appeared. Why not three angels? Why
two? This is because the third person was still on earth, and that was Jesus
Christ. When the angel of the Lord visited
father Abraham, there were three men who visited father Abraham. Genesis 18:1-14….
It was three angels, but because the third person, that is Jesus Christ the
Son, was still around, only two angels came; appearing in the name of the Father
and of the Holy Spirit because the Son Himself was around. Praise the name of
the Lord……

The angel said “why are you seeking the living among the
dead?” today, I want to say this to you that Christ has ended everything that
you are going through. Stop seeking the living among the dead; some people are
seeking God where He does not exist. God is everywhere, but He cannot be in an
occultic power; God is not there, He is not in the shrine; God is not in the
house that Christ cannot be praised. Whoever denies Christ, denies God; if you
exalt God and you deny Christ; you have denied God Himself, because Christ is
the end of the law. John 3:16….For God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life. Why are you seeking the living among the dead? Many times the
problem that we have has made us to run out of God; our problem has run us out
of the presence of God. Your problem should not draw you away from God, but
must draw you closer to God. What are the things we need that God cannot
provide for us? That was the reason that Christ died for us; Isaiah
8:19-20….And when they say to you, “seek those who are mediums and wizard who
whisper and mutter,” should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the
dead on behalf of the living? To the law and to the testimony! If they do not
speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. If they
say to you “seek the medium”; what are the problems that we are facing that
will cause you to seek the medium?
Christ had conquered for us Lord; John 19:3….So when Jesus had received
the sour wine, He said, “it is finished!” Christ said
“it is finished”; what does it mean? It means that my problem is
finished; enemity is ended; trouble is ended; affliction is ended; failure is
ended; backwardness is ended; in the name of Jesus…….
You need to come to Jesus today before it is too late; Jesus is the answer to
every problem that you are going through. Jesus died three days ago, today he
is risen from the dead, giving us assurance that as He has risen, we also will
rise from the dead. Praise the Lord. His crucifixion has brought salvation into
our lives. Ephesians 1:7…..In Him we have redemption through His blood, the
forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Colossians 1:14……In
Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Christ
forgave us; Ephesians 2:14……For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one,
and He has broken down the middle wall of separation. 1 John 1:7…..But If we
walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another,
and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Tell the herbalist that they are powerless;
tell the witches in your family that they have failed; tell the herbalist in
your family that they have lost the battle, because Christ is risen!

You have to let your heart, your faith be in Christ, not
in man; if they tell you there is
somebody or a man somewhere that is so powerful; who is the one that is so powerful
apart from God? Lamentation 3:37…..Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass,
when the Lord has not commanded it? Who is the one that can make things happen?
Ecclesiasts 7:13…..Consider the work of God; for who can make straight
what He has made crooked? I want
to tell you today, Jesus is Lord; stop seeking the dead; stop seeking the
living among the dead. Christ is making us to understand that those who are
troubling you; who are hostile to you; He has finished their work two thousand
years ago, He who sat on the throne; Revelations 21:5-6…… He
who sat on the throne said, “Behold I make all things new…..” God has made all
things new in your life; you cannot continue to be seeking the living among the
dead. You are seeking the Lord; but where you are seeking Him is the wrong
place; God is not there. Anything a prophet or Bishop gives you that is not
scripturally backed up is a heresy; because it is a heresy, God is not there.
You are seeking the living among the dead; all those enemies you say they are
powerful, Christ has disarmed them. Colossians 2:14-15…..Having wiped out the
handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And
he had taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed
principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over
them in it. Jesus triumphed over principalities and powers; all those you think
are powerful; they are not powerful; they are powerless. When a solider is
disarmed, what else does he want to do? Jesus has disarmed them, come back to
Jesus; tomorrow might be too late; stop seeking the living among the dead; Christ is not among the
dead; Christ is risen!

Every religious leader came to this world; they
proclaimed their religion; they defended their religion; and after that, they
died, they were buried; and they were not risen; they were buried and there
tombs are still there on earth. Christ is the only person; Jesus is the only
person; Jesus is the only Lord; Jesus is the only Master;
that came from heaven to the earth, and when He was buried; on the third day,
which is today; Christ rose up from the dead! Christ is risen…………… and because
He is risen my glory that the enemies buried is risen today; your glory that
the enemies buried is risen today; your blessing that they have
seized; that they have buried; because Christ
is risen, is risen today; I say “your glory is risen.” That is why in
Isaiah 60:1……Arise shine; for your light has come: and the glory of the Lord is
risen upon you. Praise the Lord…… what are you waiting for? Your glory is
risen; Christ has resurrected it; as He was resurrected, every good thing in
your life is resurrected; every good thing the enemies have buried is
resurrected; your destiny that has been cut off has been made alive because
Christ is alive. Are you seeking for the fruit of the womb? Your womb they say
the witches are holding no Jesus holds your future. Your enemies have no hold
over your future; your business that is going down will rise up today, in the
name of Jesus…… because Christ has your future; your future is not in the hands
of your enemies; is not in the hands of the witches or wizards; they did not create
you and they cannot kill you; they did not make you, and they cannot break you;
Christ is risen………All power belongs to Jesus; He is the only Lord; I want you
to develop your faith and look at those who are troubling you, that they have
lost the battle; they have failed; in the name of Jesus..….

is the attribute to God. Jesus is God; Jesus is Lord; because through him all
things were made; and nothing was made without Him. John 1:3……All things were

16-17…..For through Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are
on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities
or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. Verse17….And He is
before all things and in Him all things consist. What you are looking for in
Christ is consist; Christ is the Lord; Christ is the solution; stop going from
one place to another; come back to Jesus. Tomorrow might be too late; stop
seeking the living among the dead; herbalist cannot deliver you. No power can
be like the power of Jesus Christ; Jesus Christ stands on authority; and where authority
exists every power must bow. When He was resurrected in Matthew 28:18….Jesus
came and spoke to them saying “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and
on earth” God by Himself delivered that authority to Him; all that God is, is
in Christ; and the Lord has highly exalted Him, and He gave Him the name above
every name; above all the witches disturbing you; above all the enemies
disturbing you; above those that are disturbing your glory; above those who are
disturbing your journey; above those who want to kill you; above those who are seeking
your life to terminate it; that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow.

said “I will restore to you.” Joel 2:25……So I will restore to you the years
that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust,
and the chewing locust……..
